|New for 2018-2019: |
The CSCA Atlantic will no longer be provided individual athlete assistance via the HP training group to competitions.
SSNB still has a fund in place to help HPTG athletes purchase ice time and some services.
These monies are under the direction of the HP Coach as they are part of a grant received from the CSCA and SSNB has an obligation to spend remaining money
towards summer/fall ice cost and training needs as stipulated by the grant .
Once the money in the grant has been used then HP athlete will no longer receive any financial assistance from the CSCA.
The CSCA has chosen to allow more athletes access to there gym services as part of a provincial training group for 2018-2019 .
Those who achieve FPVQ Regional EST standards will be allowed to participate in the training group gym times during 2018-2019
however will not receive any direct support from remaining HPTG grant funds unless they meet HPTG status.
